This Syrah shows a savoury character of cured
meats, olive tapenade, and a delicate sage brush
aroma. Lazy River is our highest elevation
vineyard which seems to lend this Syrah more
acidity and herbal notes than our other three
versions. This wine will cellar 8 to 10 years from
Grown at Lazy River Vineyard, Similkameen Valley.
